The Lutheran Home Association (TLHA) is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our Web site visitors.

Third-Party Services

TLHA does work with third-party vendors to operate this site. Our Web site is hosted and by the Technology Office of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS). Their Privacy Policy is available at archive.wels.net.

TLHA does have privacy contracts with third-party vendors whereby they will only use personal information in order to provide the services associated with our Web site.

Registration of TLHA’s News Releases and Weekly Insights

To receive our news releases as they occur and the weekly Christian insights, you must set up a personal e-mail account with the WELS through their Web site. As part of the registration process, you are asked to provide basic information, such as your name and email address. Other information that is requested as part of the registration process is optional. You may indicate if you would like to also subscribe to news services offered by the WELS. You do not have to receive information from the WELS in order to receive information from TLHA.

Opt out: You may cancel your e-subscription(s) at any time. Sign into your account and cancel these services.

Anonymous Access for Visitors

You can access our Web site home page and browse our site without disclosing your personal data. We  maintain HIPAA compliance, both on our Web site and in our operations, at all times.

Automatic Collection of Information

We do not automatically log personal data. We do not link information automatically logged with personal data about individuals. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information about our Web site visitors.

Visitor Tracking and Analysis

We use Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to analyze site usage trends and track users’ movement around our site. Your IP address is not linked to any personally identifiable information.
