• Kingsway Retirement Living, open since June 2008 in Belle Plaine, Minnesota--The project consists of 45 units of apartments and 36 assisted living units for adults 55 and older.

Amenities include a Christian Resource Room, grand dining room, Kaffee Haus--Internet Cafe, ratzkeller, indoor parking, fitness center, business center, library, gift shop, washers and dryers in each apartment, balconies/patios, salon and spa, craft room, woodworking shop, and much more.

Included within the services and amenities is the commitment to provide spiritual care for those individuals choosing to make Kingsway their new home.

• Heritage Homes in Watertown, Wisconsin, offers a carefree, comfortable lifestyle for adults 55 years or better. These apartments offer four different floor plans, all located in an active retirement community with many services and amenities.

• WelLHaven Senior Apartments in River Falls, Wisconsin, are part of the services offered at our campus. Various services and amenities are available. WelLHaven tenants enjoy both the campus lifestyle as well as the many attractions offered in a vibrant college town.

• Patio homes are offered at The Lutheran Home Campus in Belle Plaine. Owners of these eight homes are part of a home owners' association.

• Boessling Lutheran Village Apartments in Belle Plaine features affordable housing for adults 62 and older. Tenants must meet the income eligibility requirements prescribed by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

• Faith Residence Apartments in Belle Plaine is a building especially designed for persons with disabilities. Tenants must meet the eligibility requirements as prescribed by HUD.

Rehabilitative therapies

Sometimes it becomes necessary to receive rehabilitative therapy due to an illness, accident or injury. Residents at our larger campuses and community members of all ages have the following services available to them:

• Physical therapy
   
• Occupational therapy
   
• Speech therapy.
