Jesus Cares Ministries (JCM) is an outreach ministry which serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), their families, and communities. JCM helps congregations establish Bible classes that provide special education, adapted worship services, and special events through training and direct assistance. JCM Media is the publishing arm of JCM providing resources and education through its publications. Both JCM and JCM Media are part of The Lutheran Home Association, based in Belle Plaine, MN and are affiliated with the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS) and the Evangelical Lutheran Synod (ELS) nationally and internationally. This ministry is funded entirely through donations.
